On-site Process Mapping & Workflow Documentation (Microsoft Visio)
Project Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Process Mapping Freelancer with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Visio to support documentation and improvement of internal business processes.
This is a project-based engagement and requires on-site presence at our office in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad. Remote-only freelancers should not apply.
The selected freelancer will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand workflows and convert them into clear, structured, and professional process flow diagrams.
Scope of Work
Understand existing business processes through:
Discussions with stakeholders
Notes, drafts, and existing documents
Create end-to-end process flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio
Develop:
Process flowcharts
Workflow diagrams
Swimlane diagrams (where applicable)
Review and validate process maps for:
Accuracy
Completeness
Logical flow
Maintain organized documentation and version control
Identify gaps, redundancies, or inefficiencies in processes
Update and refine process maps based on feedback
Mandatory Requirements
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Visio
Proven experience in process mapping / workflow documentation
Ability to translate verbal discussions into structured diagrams
High attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, disciplined, and deadline-driven
Must be available to work on-site in Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad
Good to Have (Preferred)
Experience documenting:
SOPs
HR or operational processes
Business workflows
Basic understanding of business operations
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Project Duration
Initial engagement: Short-term / milestone-based
Possibility of extended or long-term engagement based on performance and project needs
Location Requirement (Important)
This project requires on-site work at Santosh Nagar, Hyderabad.
