Need a customized Visio template and stencil

Want I need is to take the Visio template (and/or stencil) supplied by Microsoft and
I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a customized Visio template and stencil for me. The purpose of this template and stencil is to create flowcharts. The basics:
(1) Change its blue to another blue
(2) Add a tiny logo to the upper left
(3) Change the color of the other items (the basics of flowchart nodes). (This might require a theme, not just a template.)
(4) Supply me back with instructions on how you did this. Just the basics, as in (a) Open an MS template; (b) Save as a stencil; (c) Modify its objects; (d) so on and so forth.
I’ve been creating real templates (as in a dotx file, for example) in other Microsoft products for decades, but I can’t get Visio to behave. I can take a file, change its color and add the logo, but it’s not a *real* template in that I have lost the functionality of the original file. The original is the swimlane — or cross-functional, as Microsoft calls it —and when you drag a new lane to the drawing, it snaps into place. Dividers work as they should.
My attempts don’t behave like that.
