Interactive Employee Hierarchy Display

I'm looking for a professional to create a corporate organization chart with a particular set of features. Ideally, this chart should:
- Display the hierarchy of the whole organization down to every employee level, not just the top-management or department level.
- The visualization of the hierarchy should be a combination of both static and interactive elements, which means major departments should be displayed in a static manner, while minor ones should be expandable for detailed inspection.
- The chart must have a search functionality to easily locate any employee or department.
The ideal freelancer for this job would have experience in visualization tools, preferably ones that can be used to create hierarchical diagrams, and be skilled in UX/UI design to ensure the chart is easy to understand and navigate. Knowledge of D3.js, Sigma.js or similar libraries would be highly valuable. Experience in designing corporate structure or HR related tools would be a bonus.
