The final output must be granular—displaying each key task—and should include action options, variations, and decision branches at appropriate stages of the process.
Scope of Work:
You will be provided with the main process stages (listed below). Based on these, you will:
Build a swimlane diagram with clearly defined roles (e.g., Sales, Admin, Project Manager, Installer, etc.).
Break down each stage into detailed steps and sub-tasks.
Incorporate optional actions or alternate paths where different outcomes are possible.
Deliver in a format suitable for both presentations and staff training (e.g., PDF + editable format).
Provide a simple legend or key if required for clarity.
