Executive Flowchart From Gantt

I already have a detailed Gantt chart; what I need now is a crisp, executive-ready flowchart that captures the project story at a glance. The audience will be senior stakeholders, so the graphic must highlight the major phases and decision points without the granular task lines or resource bars.

Please build the diagram directly in Microsoft Visio—this is non-negotiable because the file has to stay editable in our internal toolchain. I will supply the original Gantt (exported from MS Project) and a short note on the headline milestones. Your job is to distill that information into a high-level overview: clear swim-lane style or another visually intuitive layout is fine as long as the sequence of phases is obvious and the graphic prints cleanly on one slide.

• A PDF version sized for letter paper and widescreen slide

Quality check: when I look at the final chart I should be able to describe the project roadmap in under two minutes, with the eye naturally following the flow. No stray task boxes or micro-dates—just the big picture. Once the first draft is in, I’ll provide one round of consolidated feedback; after revisions the project is done.
