Editable Basement Plan in Visio

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a Visio diagram for a basement plan. The final product should be both editable in Visio and provided as a PDF document.

Requirements:
- Layout Elements: Include rooms and walls, as well as electrical and plumbing fixtures.
- Electrical and Plumbing Detail: Intermediate level, which means you’ll need to specify types of fixtures and approximate positions.
- Reference: You'll work from an existing digital file of the layout or blueprint.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio
- Experience with architectural or engineering diagrams
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work from provided digital files
