Corporate Visio Process Map Redesign
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have an existing two-page process map that needs a full visual makeover in Microsoft Visio (only look at the first two pages in the attached PDF). I will supply our official colour palette and brand guidelines; please apply them consistently so the diagram feels aligned with the rest of our corporate material.
The look I’m after is clean, corporate and formal—something that can sit comfortably in a management pack yet still guide a workshop audience at a glance. While refining the layout, be sure every key decision point, the main steps and milestones, plus the roles and responsibilities are instantly recognisable. Clarity and logical flow are more important than decorative flourishes.
Deliverables
• A polished .vsdx file with all shapes, connectors and layers left editable
• An editable .pptx version, sized so the entire process map fits without distortion on a single custom slide that prints crisply on A3 and scales well for on-screen presentation
