1 way replication of ms sql db from a shared host to another shared host

I'm looking to hire someone with experience in setting up one-way transactional replication of an MS SQL database from a shared hosting provider to another shared hosting provider. The chosen contractor should have experience in setting up and monitoring such replication systems as well as any related troubleshooting that may be required.
