sql server query for update concat

I am looking for a skilled SQL developer to assist me with a query for updating the "MyContacts" table. I need to update specific columns in the table, specifically the "ContactInfo" columns.
I have two tables and trying to Update first one by concatinating values from table1.contact and table2.contact but I need to concatinate only unique values.
