I need an API Developer

We use a cloud phone system. That system allows API access. I have no clue how to use APIs. I have access to the API system on our cloud phone system and they have examples of how to pull data from our phone system for user statistics such as call logs that show us how many calls a user made today or yesterday or whenever. We also have an Azure SQL database. If I could get the data from our phone system daily and somehow move that data into our SQL Cloud database at certain intervals during the day, it would revolutionize our reporting system that is soley based on our SQL server in the cloud. Not sure if this is possible. If so, please let me know what you would charge to help build this functionality.
