converting a VB6 application to a VB.Net application

The VB6 application is used to route trucks using a custom user control and drag and drop to move delivery jobs and trucks , it currently uses Microsoft mapPoint to optimize and calculate miles, which would also have to upgraded to a new replacement spatial data software that can be used from within VB.Net. Looking for a quick turnaround and quick start on this project. Not looking for any changes in behavior of the software and interactions with users, just a translation and optimization using the new language features, like new drag and drop code. This could extend into additional features at a later date
