app for driver for car booking servicing

Hi, i need an app for drivers in vehicle rental.
Design and development of App and API.
API to be developed in ASP.net c#.
Database in MSSQL Server.

App features :-

driver will Install app from app store
Driver will verify mobile number
Post verification, app fetches driver and car data from server
When a new booking comes, app will receive otifications
Drivers will accept booking or discard.
if driver accepts car booking, trip start screen,
route map on google map will show driving directions
Driver will mark trip completed status
Phone Notification for any notification we send to driver
Payment Report for driver for seeing total earning.
