Write TSQL Scalar Function

I want a TSQL scalar function that obfusicates strings. I want it to loop through a string and replace all characters with a similar random character; lower with random lower, capitol with random capitol, digit with random digit, and all other characters the same.
Example:
INPUT: 5123 Myreal+ St, My/city, FL, 32533
OUTPUT: 8195 Uabshj+ Us, Ia/sdfh, HW, 84123
