Website cleanup and expansion

Hello Freelancers
Our Golf League is currently looking for a contractor to finish and cleanup a existing website using MVC that resides on the azure cloud.

This site that I started a few years ago using Visual Studio 2017 and MS SQL Server Management Studio 17 by watching a few videos on-line. I also used a MS SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access to convert my database from MS Access to SQL and put it onto the azure site. Not having the time to fully learn this new platform or the technical ability, the site has basically sat idle since I built it waiting for more time or a new member to help me out which did not happened. Our Board of Directors has recently approved the go ahead to complete this project. I know the potential of the MVC platform along with my database would serve our members better, just need some help to put it all together. Looking for someone in the Phoenix AZ area and having some golf experience would be helpful.
Our current website: https://www.saturdaygolfleague.com/ which is based on old .html pages that a lot of the members are not happy with, needs to be done away with and replaced with a site that has more function ability.
