Twitter API listener - store followers and tweets with hashtag to MSSQL database

I need a twitter listener, a C# program that runs on my server with MSSQQL database running. The listener will look for new followers, mentions and specific hashtags (up to 10 different hashtags). Once a match is found, the twitter data will be stored in a local MSSQL database.

I want to store all new Twitter followers into my MSSQL database

I want to store all Twitter accounts (with follower or not flag, tweet message, tweet title and twitter URL) who tweet with a specific hashtag or mentions into my MS SQL database
