Support needed for modifications to existing .NET apps

We run a web based service for our clients managing chemistry and other scientific data. We have had a sudden increase in requests for project specific modifications that are desired with a quick turn around. Before telling our clients we can't do that so quickly I wanted to see if there's a possibility that I could supplement our staff and meet their requests.
