Simple Installation of Redmine with MS SQL Server back-end -- 2

I would like a clean installation through the release files. I've considered some of the installer packages but would like a clean installation. The installer packages use mySQL as a back-end which I don't want. I've attempted the install and ran into incompatibility issues with certain gems through Ruby on Rails. I would ideally like a walkthrough on it. Where i can replicate the steps.
