Setup MSSQL DB and APIs and wesbite

I require assistance with setting up MSSQL server for an existing DB and .NET APIs and websites on a windows 10 PC. I have all the code and the SQL DB. I have already downloaded SQL server and SQL Server Management Studio. The outcome required is to have them all set up and communicating. I see this could be 2-3 hours of work. Depending on your skill set, there may be future .net coding and setup on Amazon (these two areas to be done under future jobs).
