Setting up Microsoft SQL server and Microsoft Active Directory

I am specifically looking for freelancers located in Australia only.

We are setting up a new facility. The site will be running an onsite warehouse management system that will be running on SQL Server.

I am looking for an experienced person that can also consult me on the best hardware setup.

Your job will be to set up Active Directory and Microsoft SQL Server.

Active Directory requirements:

1. Install roles, domain ,DNS and DHCP
2. Setup and create forest domain name.
3. Configure active directory for users
4. Configure netbios, DNS, and DHCP
5. Create and setup permissions for folders
6. Configure system backup


SQL Server requirements:

1. Setup up the server
2. Apply best configuration for speed/security.
3. Give access to Active directory users.
4. Setup regular backups.

Users of the active directory need to have access to the data on the SQL server. Your job will be to make sure that everything is configured optimally and securely and backed up regularly.

I have the following questions for the potential freelancers about the setup:

What is the best setup for this? Do we need 2 onsite servers - 1 running an active directory and 1 SQL server? Can we run it on the same machine? Should this be virtualized?
