SQL Server Database Queries - Versions?

I need you to determine which versions of SQL Server the attached database queries will run on. Do not just send me a version number. Explain to me with proof on how you reached the decision. You will be required to setup a database with the earliest version. This database much remain intact for 3 months while I do some testing. There is a chance I might also want you to setup a second database with the version prior to which you find it will run on so I can test it more. I will need several database tables setup within these databases. If you can alter the code to get it to run on earlier versions, I would like to know how and if so, there may be a bonus in it for you up to my discretion.
