MS SQL Script - Forecast Report

I have a table with a list of repairs in a property (UPRN). The table includes the year the repair is next due. The table also includes the interval, e.g. the number of years a repair should take place. I need a query to add rows for each repair over 30 years. Data attached with regional table data and worked example in excel (forecast)
