Required Web API Developer to create an WebAPI in Asp.Net

I am working on the project, in which I need to create & host the WebAPI in asp.net to perform CRUD operation on a "Registration" table. The required API as GET, PUT, POST, DELETE etc. The required response should be in JSON format.

Note : I will provide the hosting and database.
