Programmer for maintenance and development of already working PMS

We need to hire a programmer for develop and maintain a PMS working as follow

Technologies:

BE: ASP.NET VB 4.8 WebForm

FE: Bootstrap, Jquery

DB:MySql

Server: 2 x VPS with Windows Server 2016 (under VPN for RDP and DB, open for WebServer and FTP)

Backup: hourly for DB, daily for data. On dedicated space outside the server + synchronization on OneDrive

Structure: 1 customer = 1 different copy of PMS

Domain: with DNS management (infinite subdomains)

Agreement Type:

Access to the source code that I would own on GitHub repositories

Support from the previous programmer people for the handover
