Power Platform Specialist Needed

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Development:
Design, develop, and implement high-quality, scalable solutions using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-Driven apps).
Create complex and efficient automation workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows/RPA).
Architect and manage robust data models within Microsoft Dataverse, ensuring data integrity, security, and performance.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with various data sources, including SharePoint, SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and third-party APIs using standard, premium, and custom connectors.
Collaboration & Analysis:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for process automation, and propose effective Power Platform solutions.
Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications and solution designs.
Conduct workshops and create prototypes to demonstrate potential solutions and gather feedback.
Governance & Best Practices:
Adhere to and help define Power Platform governance policies, best practices, and standards.
Implement and manage Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes, including the use of solutions, environments, source control (Azure DevOps/GitHub), and deployment pipelines.
Administer Power Platform environments, including security, capacity, and licensing management.
Support & Mentorship:
Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions.
Mentor junior developers and act as a subject matter expert, training citizen developers on best practices.
Stay current with the latest updates and features within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3-5+ years of hands-on experience designing and developing solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
Power Apps: Deep expertise in developing both Canvas Apps (rich, custom UIs) and Model-Driven Apps (data-centric, process-driven).
Power Automate: Proven proficiency in building complex Cloud Flows for process automation and API integration. Experience with Desktop Flows (RPA) is a strong plus.
Dataverse: Strong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, creating tables, columns, relationships, business rules, and managing security roles.
Technical Acumen:
Excellent understanding of Power Fx formulas and functions.
Experience with integrating Power Platform with other Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in an agile environment.
