Power App Form and Workflow

Would like to discuss about assistance you may be able to provide with a power app. The power app will perform select queries on a sql server database in azure and update fields based on business requirements (to be shared later). An audit log of what user modifies what rows & fields must be kept.

Additional features should include:
- code committed into a git repository (we currently use bitbucket)
- workflow in order to promote from development to production
- elegant front end
