Performance Improvisation

We have an ASP.net Software application with SQL Server as a backend. The application is showing a lot of performance issues when the data is large. We are looking for a SQL DB Administrator who can study architecture, database structures, indexes, etc., and help in improving the performance of the application.
Project consists of

1. 300 + Tables
2. 300+ Pages
3. Background Windows Services
