Need someone to create a new user on my local MS SQL Database

I have installed ms SQL on my local system and forgotten the admin password.
I can log in using windows auth. mode with no issue.
The task is to create a new user like the 'sa' user to use ms sql server mode.
I'll let you access my machine via teams and you create the user on my local system.
After you create the user it must be able to create a database and edit the current databases.
I'm using windows 10, and ms sql server ver 18.*
My budget is 10$ including the website fees.
