Need a query to script Azure SQL Login Password

I am to migrate a lot of Azure SQL servers and need a query to script out the SQL logins with the passwords but NOT the hash values so that I can create them on a new server. SP_HELP_REV_Login does not work for Azure SQL. Need this ASAP
