Need to Fix Bugs and Add Features in existing asp.net Website.

We have an existing asp.net website that is having some bugs in them.
We need a Freelancer to run through the existing website, Fix any bugs found to make sure the website runs as supposed to and come up with any enhancements as may be agreed to between company and developer.
Developer shall provide definite written cost and time estimate for each Bug and or New Feature which shall be mutually agreed to ahead of time before actual work commences.
