update my GoDaddy hosting with new files/changes in development

We need: update my GoDaddy hosting with new files/changes in development, (Godaddy Server, virtual machine) . Backup is normal backup we do on every sql server, and file backup is in the new server.

The server is on Virtual Machine on Godaddy on Microsfot server.
We need to configurate it on the server and explain with a video, we have all the source code on the new server.
