Modify SQL query in macro to include 2 more cases. Right now it creates full shifts in column N we also need just start and end time separately in column O and P for sorting purposes

I need someone to modify my macro to also have 2 more cases for shift start and shift end times separately. right now it includes the full shift time IE: 3:00 PM to 4:59 PM. I need just the start time in column O and end time in column P. The file is on a VM for the database connection so if you want you can also work on team viewer or I can send you the code and then you can send it back to me.
