Migration Of Interbase (.gdb file extension) to MS SQL

Tenemos un archivo de base de datos Interbase, con extensión .gdb y necesitamos convertir esa estructura a una base de datos de SQL Server con todos sus datos incluidos. Quién realice la migración deberá entregarnos un archivo .bak para restaurar a una base de datos MS SQL. Sabemos que existen herramientas para la tarea, sólo que no las hemos utilizado anteriormente y como es un caso único tampoco nos interesa aprenderlas.
Adjunto una copia del archivo con la estructura a migrar. No es el archivo final, el archivo final se deberá migrar en una fecha determinada previo a la implementación del sistema que trabaja sobre SQL
