NET Maui app to read phone numbers form MS SQL database with sent status not equal to "Sent" and send conformation code to those phones then mark the phone sent status back to the database e.g "Sent", "No Answer", "Failed".
We also need another option to switch between reading unsent phones every N minutes from MS SQL as described or a background socket listener to receive a send request to phone number with a specific code confirmation to be sent.
Sending us a sample code is a plus, we want to make sure code we be object oriented and following best practice, and source code easy to follow and flexible to modify if need by us later.
