**Task Description: Designing IT Landscape for a Private Hospital Report**

**Objective:**
The objective of this task is to evaluate and propose an optimal IT landscape for a private hospital, accommodating 30 concurrent users. The focus will be on choosing between hosting our own servers through a hosting company or adopting Office 365 cloud solutions. The existing software infrastructure includes old Win32 applications developed in Visual Dataflex, .NET, and Delphi, Navision installations, and a SQL server with five databases. Additionally, the consideration of containerization for some applications and the incorporation of open source solutions where feasible will be explored. Data security, especially concerning patient and critical data, is of utmost importance.

**Key Components:**

1. **Current Infrastructure Assessment:**
