Innovative Project Ideas for Efficiency Improvement

For my day-to-day work, I use the following tools and platforms:

Outlook (email communication)
Microsoft Teams (chat and meetings)
VS Code (for product/code analysis using Copilot)
Microsoft SQL Server (database access)
Troubleshooting/analysis tools: Glowroot (trace analysis), Splunk (log analysis), SolarWinds, Grafana
Salesforce and Jira (case tracking and updates)
Copilot AI (licensed access)
FAB AI (internal AI portal for creating agents, etc.)

I’m looking for 5 to 10 unique and practical project ideas or techniques that I can implement using the above tools to demonstrate value to my managers.

The ideas can range from simple improvements to slightly advanced implementations, but they should:

Help reduce troubleshooting time
Improve efficiency or visibility
Ideally involve AI-driven approaches where possible
Be practical and implementable, not just theoretical
Be unique or innovative, so they stand out within my team/organization
