Improve SQL Server Security

I request help for creating T-SQL Server Triggers that will help me control the database an avoid the use of stored procedures for certain users, as well as unwanted updates in the tables. Furthermore, I would like to create log for certain tables and actions. This database has suffered an inject, manipulating the data.
