Help us create some impressive looking Power BI Reports

We are a SaaS online scheduling company and have recently moved over to using PowerBI for our reporting.
So far we have been creating basic reports that "just work", however we are looking for help with making them look nice and maybe improving the usability and functionality of the report.
So, we are looking for an expert in PowerBI, but who also knows how to make them look impressive.
Must haves:
- Expert in Power BI
- Good knowledge of working with SQL Server (FYI, we have to use 'Direct Query')
- A design flair or experience in creating impressive reports
- Experience with Azure would be useful (in particular Data Factory), but not essential
