Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
Create a program that can run on a PC or mobile device (phone/Tablet) that uses a MS SQL backend DB to look up card information and update the DB with transactional data.
The user will be required to login to the program with a user id and password. This information will be stored in the site DB Table (defined later in this document).
