Fix SSIS 2019 ODBC 64bit Upgrade Issue

I recently attempted to upgrade my SSIS to the 2019 version, on my Windows Server 2019. However, I am encountering problematic error messages relating to the odbc 64 bit issue.
Specific Qualifications and Tasks:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with SSIS 2008, 2012, 2016 and most importantly 2019
- Proficient in troubleshooting and upgrading processes on Windows Server 2019
- Ability to pinpoint and rectify the odbc 64 bit issue on SSIS upgrade
- Efficiently resolve the emerging error messages
