Financial Business Model

We have a Financial Business Model that was developed by some a few years ago in ASP.net. We have the source code and it's on our local server. Currently it's not fully functioning and even needs an upgrade. We have attached the overview of the issues which are in the existing FBM. We do not have visibility of the backend code. Major shortfalls which we believe will be required to update are attached. We have also attached the working FBM model in excel which we use, which will be helpful for your team to understand the requirement.
