Excel Add-in Development with Licensing & Branding

Hi, I'm looking for a developer who can help me build a custom Excel Add-in with centralized license control and simple branding support. The project involves a web admin panel, backend services, and the Excel Add-in itself. I need someone who’s comfortable with .NET and has experience in similar tools.

What I Need
Admin Panel (Web-based):

Create, assign, and revoke licenses per user/device

Add a logo and company name for each client

Log license validation attempts

Push updates for the Add-in

Excel Add-in (VSTO):

Activates license on first run

Shows company-specific logo

Checks for updates on startup

License should be hardware-bound

Backend:

ASP.NET Core Web API

SQL Server

Needs to run on a Windows Server with IIS (hosting will be provided)
