"Encrypted" mdf file with ransomware ? Maybe head file broked

Hi. We have almosy 70 SQL Server databases file, mdf file, what apparently were encrypted. We send the disk to an enterprise specialist in decrypt files but they say that the files are not encrypted, estan rotos en la cabecera, algunos en el pie, y quizás algunos en medio. Nosotros tenemos la estructura original de la base de datos en blanco, pero no respaldos de esos archivos corruptos. Será que pueden recuperarse?
