Creating SQL database and Linking with machine PLC

Hi there, we would like someone who can build an SQL database and make a connection to our machine PLC's to store information and also produce reports and stuff. Basically a system where we can access machine from a desktop computer and send inforamtion to machine as well. Right now, we are using an eWon to access PLC but now need a proper SQL based database to access this info for producing reports.
