Convert Application to web application

i'm looking to convert application based on Access ( Totally in Arabic language )with data to .net web application ( Totally in Arabic language )and database migrated to Microsoft SQL Server as well converting the reports to SSRS.
number of existing forms : 250 used forms
Reports of existing DB: 500+ with repeated reports with conversion the estimated reports 20-50 and the remaining results comes on the application interface.
