My company Legal department require a "claims" database to be built to replace a 20year old database.
To start the process is attached a table relationship diagram of the current database (exists in SQL - .ASP)

A full set of scope requirements is available in document form, and will be shared with a freelancer(s) who indicate genuine capability for design and successful delivery. Quote will be sought after this process to allow full assessment of build requirements.

High level
Not interested in *nix, PHP, Apache, Tomcat, MySQL or similar environment or development products.

The Database/web front page will be hosted onPrem (Not internet or cloud)
Environment operates Windows Server 2016-2019, and requires .NET build for IIS and MSSQL.
Distinctly Australian business requirements (currency, dates et al).
Must meet ISO27001:2013 standards

***Require ability to import data from existing system to maintain data relationships.
Current (primary) database has approx +10k rows
Perference for AD Integration for IDAM but not essential. If no integration, requires user management interface for Admins to manage IDAM - current system does not have this.
Requires audit logs for records changes and user activity - current system does not have this.
