Build me a driver/connector to integrate Salesforce data with SQL server.

As a user I want a driver/connector that has the ability to access Salesforce data in real-time with SQL statements and make local copies of Salesforce data into a local SQL database. (I think the integration can be done using SSIS, we can discuss on this further).

It should extend to SQL server with real-time, bi-directional Salesforce connectivity, making it the Salesforce integration solution for any DataBase Administrator. I should be able to easily access all my Salesforce data through SQL server.
