Bespoke Database System Support & Maintenance

I am in need of a skilled developer to take over the support and maintenance of my bespoke database system. This system has been supported by my existing freelancer for the past 15 years, but he is now moving on. He is happy to work with a replacement to provide a smooth hand over. The system consists of two web applications, an FTP site, and two console applications that run periodically via Windows Task Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities:
- Providing maintenance and updates for the bespoke database system
- Regularly servicing and maintaining the web applications, console applications, and FTP site
- Seeking new hosting solutions for the web applications, console applications, and database before the current hosting expires on June 1, 2025

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in ASP.NET framework 4.7.1 and vb.net
- Experience with Windows Server 2022
- Familiarity with MS SQL Server
- Previous experience with database system maintenance and updates
- Ability to source reliable hosting solutions
- Knowledge of FTP site management
- Competence in handling console applications

Additional Information:
- Current code can be accessed via Github
- The web applications are hosted on a Windows Server 2022
- The FTP site is used as a document store, currently holding approximately 17.1Gb of data (CVs, etc.)
- The main customer site is a Wordpress site built by a third party, hosted on cPanel with a MySQL database
- Access to the cPanel account will be provided
- The current hosting for the main customer site expires on December 22, 2025
