Automatic procedure to update Azure SQL Server with new entries in Azure Table Storage Account

***MUST HAVE AN AZURE ACCOUNT TO CREATE: AZURE SQL SERVER, TABLE STORAGE ACCOUNT, and AZURE DATA FACTORY PIPELINE***

Deliverable is 2 different solutions to solve the same problem (both solutions below assume both Table Storage account and Azure SQL Server table exists):
1) Azure Function trigger that fires for each Azure table storage entry and inserts new data into Azure SQL Server table.
2) Azure Data Factory pipeline that triggers and only adds new data from Azure Table Storage into Azure SQL Server table.
The reason for both solutions is to educate our team on how to develop these solutions as well as cost analysis and select the correct solution.
