Are You Working? app

We have just upgraded our Time Management System (TMS). I would like a Microsoft Power Apps Robotic Process Automation (RPA) app to pop up a small window at some random time once (and only once) a day between 10AM and 1PM local time to ask me if I am working, to record the date and time, my employee ID (=TMS login name) and my Yes or No or On Break response securely in a central Dataverse or preferably in my company's Azure SQL data repository. If I click Yes then to automatically connect to the TMS, clock me in and close the TMS without me needing to do anything. If I click No then similarly but to to clock me out. If I click On Break then to record that response, not do anything on the TMS, and pop-up to go to the background or close to later in 30 minutes come to the foreground/open again. Once the pop-up pops up it must persist and stay in the foreground until either Yes or No or On Break is selected, even if the app is somehow closed or moves to the background behind other apps it must return to the foreground. The app must prompt me for my TMS login details the first time or if no login details have been saved. Then when it successfully connects to the TMS to clock me In to save my employee login details and password specifically in a simple encrypted format on my local PC desktop only and reuse from there if it exists in the future. To not save login credentials in the central data repository. Noting I have a manager login also and that if I put that in by mistake to not give me the clock in option and must error out and not save these manager login details, and prompt me to login again with my employee login details. In time this app may be used by several users on their local PC's and will be for Windows 10 and Windows 11 only. Not Apple Mac, IOS nor Android. Development is to be done remotely connected to my PC using MSTeams and using my 0365 credentials. MSTeams sessions are to be recorded for learning and documentation purposes. Full source code/script, recordings and installation instructions will be required. Use of these materials and installation of this app for additional users is to be free of charge and at our discretion. Price quoted to be a once-off with application and source code fully transferred to me. Future support on request may be needed, so only if you can do that - confirm how you would charge and at what rate. Required within the next week to be up and running for me by Monday 22 May without any bugs or issues preventing me from clocking in or out. Additional Microsoft Power Automate RPA projects may follow based on this experience.
