AZURE SQL and Running Reports

Hi, we have a product and we use spreadsheets to manage our quality control data and then have to manually build our reports. Id like to build a form that we would use to enter the data, and then have that go to an azure site with a sql database where we could run reports. When we run reports, it would query the database and put the data on our specific form for that product. We would do the data entry in the lab from an iPad using power apps or something similar.
